Initial Fit Check & Shortlist

Our team will assess your application to see if your startup aligns with what we look for: distribution advantage, RWA potential, and founder-market fit. If there’s a match, we’ll notify you within 2 weeks and invite you to the next step.

Final Selection

You’ll meet the Onigiri Capital and Centrifuge teams for a deeper dive. We want to understand your vision, your roadmap, and how you plan to win. Expect practical questions and open feedback. If selected, we move fast to align on terms.

Terms and Scope Discussion

We will finalize the investment structure - typically a SAFE + token warrant, and scope how you’ll use the US$100K Centrifuge credits across tokenization, smart contracts, compliance, and more. You will have clarity on what you get, and what comes next.

Onboarding

Once terms are signed, we wire the US$500K capital, activate your US$100K Centrifuge credits, and kickstart onboarding with Centrifuge. From there, you're on the fast track to launch and scale, with tailored support from both teams.
